How soon can I make an appointment?

I typically have a waiting list of a couple weeks. For absolute emergencies, I can often make scheduling adjustments to see patients in crisis.

Are there any forms I should fill out prior to the appointment?

Yes there is minimal paperwork. You can find them here.

What testing do you offer?
-
​I do not offer testing, but I do collaborate with a psychometrist for psychological and psychoeducational testing. Testing, however, is not a large focus in my practice.

Payment and Insurance

The cost for a 45-minute session is $165 for the first session and $140 after that. Some insurances have a copay that covers part or all of this fee. For patients' convenience, copayments can be made through checks, any credit or debit card, or cash.

Insurance is handled through my billing department, so please call them prior to your first appointment for verification of benefits, obtaining preauthorization if necessary, and determination of copayments and deductible status.
