My approach to psychological treatment is focused on self-empowerment and creating reliable and realistic support networks. I offer an experience-based (over 25 years), individualized treatment plan and will work with you to create a personalized set of goals to help you thrive. Using an eclectic approach, I blend a variety of theoretical orientations to personalize a plan that will work for you. One of my core philsophies is that it takes a village, so I focus on building and maintaining healthy relationships with yourself and others.
